I ordered an iPhone 16 pro max and EE sent me an e mail that it will be delivered by dpd who will send me 4 digit pin number. I'm yet to get the pin or Device from Dpd or EE and I'm getting email from EE about direct debit. Kindly assist me thanks

Hi @Chijioke1 

Welcome to the community. 

You'd usually get the PIN from DPD on the morning of the delivery, either by text or in the DPD app if you have that.

When was it you placed the order?

Which colour and storage size did you order?

Can you try to send that again @Chijioke1? It has just come through as a blank message, other than it was sent from your iPhone'.

If you login to the community to reply, rather than replying to the email, it'll come through.

This was the messagei got, have been waiting to hear from Dpd for the 4 digit pin for the delivery non till now. Kindly check where the error is coming from. Thanks

@Chijioke1 , we have no access to accounts here in the forum, so you would have to speak to customer service, this is a public forum, most of us are customers like you, and even the staff who monitor the forums do not have access to accounts.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots for us @Chijioke1.

I've had to reject the first one as it displays your personal details, but what remains should be fine.

As @Schockwave mentioned we don't have access to accounts via these forums, but from what I've seen the 16 Pro Max version you've ordered is in stock and ready for next day delivery.

When did you place your order?

It was ordered on the 8th of May, up to now I'm yet to receive the pin or order from Dpd
