I did an iPhone 15 pro max phone and sim contract on the 15/10/23 after three days I did a contract cancellation and was told in the EE office at my location here in Taunton that when they receive the phone it would be sent back and contract cancelled. I am so surprised to receive a direct debit letter yesterday 9/11/23. Please how do I go about this? Thanks
