Online banking

I can’t use online banking on my upgrade iPhone 12. Any idea why or how please

When I fill in all my passwords etc I am sent a four digit code to quote when they ring me but I never get a phone call. It just times out

@vivrob  did you receive a new Sim card with your upgrade ? If you did are you using that SIM card?

Yes. I transferred tidings card and everything else works fine but I can’t get on to banking. I’ve cancelled and reinstalled app but no good

Just to check, do you receive the PIN code but not the phone call?

Does the same happen if you access your online banking through Safari not the app?
