I had a subscription to Apple Music (not through EE) that I paid for. With my latest upgrade I get the Apple Music Smart Benefit but I have been unable to set it up or sync it with my original Apple ID.
EE told me to speak to Apple and Apple are telling me to speak to EE.
Has anybody done this with an ID they already had?

@PaulLa You have to cancel your Apple Music subscription and when that reaches it’s next start cycle you can then add the EE offer. To do that you just text MUSIC to 150 and use the link in the return message to link it to your Apple account.

I have cancelled my old subscription and it is no longer valid. EE are telling me that my smart benefit has been activated. When I text Music to 150 it tells me it has already been activated
