I can’t see the image but I only got the xko order number which I can track but has been broken, didn’t recieve this extra “confirmation email” that lots of others did, I was given a 02 order number by ee but can’t do anything with it

Deep blue I was told they wasn’t as popular as the orange and silver so would be coming in quicker so I was surprised to get the dispatch yesterday

Hi everyone, just wanted to share an update on my iPhone 17 Pro Max order and see if anyone else is noticing a pattern.

I ordered the Orange 1TB model on the morning of 15th September. Yesterday I finally had some movement with DPD:

• 23 Sep, 19:40 – EE confirmed they’d received my order details and were expecting the parcel.
• 23 Sep, 23:09 – The phone was scanned at Hub 5 (Hinckley) and sent on its way to Dartford depot.

So it’s definitely moving now, which is a relief!

What I’m curious about is whether storage size is influencing who gets theirs first. For example, someone above mentioned already receiving theirs, and I’m wondering if they went for a different storage size. Could it be that the 500GB is the most popular and therefore a bit more backlogged, while the 1/2TB and smaller options are getting released sooner?

I don’t know the answer yet, but I thought I’d put it out there to see if others have noticed a correlation. At the very least, hopefully this timeline helps reassure anyone still waiting that things are progressing behind the scenes.

Would be great to hear what size you ordered and when, so we can piece together if there’s a pattern.

That might not be the case, as I’ve ordered 17PM 256GB in Deep Blue on 15th September and haven’t received it yet, but a lot people have or have had an update from DPD and they’ve ordered 16th - 18th which really baffles me. 
But all in all, my EE tracking is still stuck on ‘Awaiting Confirmation’ and I’ve had no communication from them or DPD.

After chat this morning with agent:

Max, I’ve checked your account and can see that you placed an order for the iPhone 16 Pro Max in Deep Blue on 14th September. Based on the order date, your device will be dispatched within 21 days from the date of purchase. I kindly ask you to wait until then.

I understand that there no point to talk to them anymore. Originally I am waiting for iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic orange 🤣

doesn’t even say awaiting confirmation and have no further communication since order on 12/9?
