No network connection

Hi, I have just set up my new apple phone and I have got no EE network on either phones. What do I do to get this back?

@CharlotteH401  Have you tried restarting the devices ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are these upgrade phones on an existing line, or brand new connections?

Yes, tried that but still no joy!

Hi, this is an existing line. Transferred the phone data and then all the network disappeared.
