Hi. I have an iPhone SE (A2275) and I’ve put my sim into an iPhone SE (A2296) but I’m not getting 4G on the new phone. All I get is the “E”.
I’ve switched this sim between a few phones and I’ve never had this issue before. Is there anyone who knows what the issue is?
Thanks

I have tried his with no luck as well as a full factory reset.

If you go to Settings > General > About are there any carrier updates available, @TescoCatalogue? (Make sure you're connected to WiFi)

I’m not seeing any option or prompt for the carrier settings but I’ve just noticed in Network it now says “SIM not provisioned”.
Doesn’t that mean it’s been deactivated?

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team, or popping into your nearest EE Store so they can check the SIM status and replace, if needed.

I took it to an EE store to get a replacement sim and it still didn’t work. The guy at the store had no idea what was causing it as he said the settings all looked fine.
anywhere to go from here?

So the original sim was dead. I took two phones in with me and tried the new sim in both. It’s working fine the old SE phone but not the new SE phone like my original post said. The 4G symbol was displayed but when trying to bring up google it said ‘not connected to the internet’.
However switching the sim to the other phone worked absolutely fine.
