Hello!
I ordered a new phone (NOT an upgrade) the phone has arrived but no SIM. Does this get sent separately? I’ve just moved from a different network to EE so I’m assuming I don’t use my old one even though I’ve requested to use old phone number.

Glad to hear you have decided to join us, I am sorry you don't seem to have a SIM with your new phone. Does the delivery note you received with the phone in the bag show a SIM listed on there?
A physical SIM should be sent on a new order unless you had otherwise opted to use an eSIM at the point of purchase. In which case you would have a QR code sent with the phone to scan in place of a physical SIM.
