Hi,
I have just upgraded my phone to iphone 11. I wanted to keep same number but they sent me a new sim with my old number on.
I have deleted all my details from old phone, also signed out of Apple ID.
My new phone is working with regards to wifi, my apps and what’s app etc…. However i can not make any calls out or receive any calls.
I have turned my phone off and on again.
My sim is clearly working as i am able to get on internet and my apps!!
Help!

Turn off wifi - there is no way that Data can work, but not calls and texts - also IF the old SIM card is a nano sim, use that one instead of the new one

That's great advice from @Kirigaya_Kazuto. If your old SIM fits your new phone, you can continue to use it. If it doesn't please activate the new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/activate-sim.
