I have an iPhone 13 Pro on EE pay monthly with 5G.
Recently, my phone has been prompting me to install a network provider settings update, but whenever I allow it to install, nothing happens. I’ve checked the About page in Settings, and the network provider settings version stays at ‘EE 50.0’. Whenever I open this about page, I get prompted to install the update.
Today, I had a voicemail message delivered to my visual voicemail inbox several hours late. I realise that visual voicemail is provided as part of these network settings and wondered if there was a newer version available?
I have tried resetting the network settings using the ‘Reset Network Settings’ option in Transfer and Reset, but the issue still occurs, the phone reboots, connects to 4G, then 5G, then Wi-Fi calling, and prompts me to install the network provider settings update again.
