My phone says sim not available

I’m not getting a signal at all and my phone says no sim when I restart it. What’s going on?

@Alasdair85  Your phone is not recognising the Sim card in your device. Try take it out and give it a clean. If it still doesn’t work you will need to call customer services and request a replacement Sim card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
