Have you tried a soft reset. 

Alternatively take your device into EE : https://ee.co.uk/local-repairs

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @Maricela1 

Just to add to @Northerner's brilliant advice, could you try using another charger to charge your phone.

The issue may be with the charger rather than the device.
