to keep my line active, I make sure to pop my sim card in my iPhone every two months and text something so I don’t loose my number. Today I tried to do that and every message I send is failing to go through and i can’t make any calls! What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Thank you for your reply! I cannot call the number listed from the US using my US number since it will cost me a fortune! I couldn’t find any other way to contact customer service! Is there a chat option!? Or an email address???

Please see EE hibernation thread. If you are on PAYG and if you haven't made a chargeable call or text, then this will be your problem.

If you use the EE get in touch page the call goes via Skype.
