Hi there, I got an Apple iPhone 11 about 7 months ago, today the screen has become totally unresponsive.

 

I I’ve tried methods such as forced hard reset and connected to laptop to reset factory settings but still the touch screen is unresponsive.

 

the phone has been well cared for with not a scratch on it. How do I go about getting this fixed under the manufacturers warranty?

Best bet is to go straight to Apple or you could ring EE.

Hi I am just replying to a warranty query about an iPhone 11 that I took out a contract in July 2021. It has just gone completely unresponsive. My daughter said she has tried a hard restart but it is just frozen. Any advice will be greatly appreciated
