How do I report a lost phone? Seems so difficult!

Thanks for coming here. 

The Community Support team have no access to your EE account, to report the phone stolen, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250.

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
