On contract or PAYG ?
Do calls/texts work ?
Do you have a signal showing on the device?
Have you text BALANCE to 150 to see if you have any data allowance left ?
Are the apps you are trying to use been enabled to use cell data ?
Is this all apps or just some ? What apps if just some ?
is cellular data enabled on the device?
