IPhone 12 Pro Max

My new Pro Max keeps cutting out on video calls. This happens on my home WiFi, work WiFi and 5G so can’t be the “data” method I’m using. I’ve turned the phone off and on and it’s the latest software. I never had this issue on my IPhone XR?  The picture stays but every other word drops out.

not good for a new phone??? Called EE but they just keep saying it’s the WiFi signal etc but it happens in different places so surely must be the phone??

@Steph2346  If you believe there is a fault with the phone you will need to contact Apple about this as they supply the warranty on this device.
But

If you’ve had the device less than 12 days you’re entitled to a device replacement if the device is faulty from EE.

have you tried a network reset on the device ?

Apple will request you do a full factory reset and test before you send it to them under warranty.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
