I’m just waiting for my claim i need to know what happen to my claim?

I lost my phone one and half months ago and I did claim but still I’m waiting for the insurance to process so plis I need any updates

@Max293   If you’ve insurance covers a loosing a phone you should have a replacement by now.   That’s usually within 24h 
 You need to call customer services about this.
