Need to get an upgrade as my phone screen has died on apple phone. Is there a way to get my pin sent to email

I can imagine how much you'll want to get your hands on an upgrade if the screen has died.

Is it the security PIN to be able to upgrade online or have you already placed the order and are trying to get the delivery PIN from DPD?
