I just placed an order today for the Iphone 15 pro max. i have been charged for this however i haven’t received any sort of email confirming this. HELP

Your order may not be processed yet. Check your junk/spam folders. 

DPD will contact you when your delivery is due, but this maybe next week (subject to stock and bank holidays)

There is nothing in my spam emails, is this normal to not have received an
email confirming yet? I payed for this around 3/4pm, and money has been
taken out of my account.

Sorry if i seem paranoid! I’ve never ordered off EE before so was just
concerned.
