Hi people, I broken my phone and had a replacement received tonight however it’s no letting me use the data as in e sim and I forgot to remove the sim from my old phone is there any way I could get my data to work on correct number via e sim

@Js19892 If you call customer support they can help activate the eSIM. Or you can go to a EE store and request a replacement SIM card. You’ll need in date photo ID with you.
