I am getting a warning that my computer is running out of memory and offering updates. As soon as I enquire further a Chat Bot appears offering help. I tell them I want to delete memory see if it helps and am then offered expensive upgrades. When I say I don't want an upgrade the BOT closes down! Can I delete DROPBOX. I never signed up to it in the first place and can no longer use my computer.
