How can you take control of a child’s phone that’s on your account please .  Ie don’t let him have it for anything else other than a basic phone

@Penn4937   Is this an iPhone ? I assume it is as you’ve posted in the Apple forum.   Have a look at THIS 

Your EE account can not do anything to control the device except to turn off data for that device 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
