Hi

im having trouble my iPhone caharging cable does not go in the hole on my iPhone, first time it’s happened (it’s the wire that came with the phone) im not sure what to do anyone help?

Welcome to the community,

You would have to buy a new charging cable, but make sure it comes from a reputable company, or at least it is a good product. 

The quickest way is to go to a store and get one. Which phone do you have, as new IPhones now have the possibility of wireless charging, which I find works very well.
