Hi,
Recently bought a new iPhone SE 2022, and transferred my SIM to it. I can send text messages but cannot receive them, unless the other person is using an iPhone/iMessage. Strangely I do get replies to 150 from EE if text that number. Send & Receive is using my mobile number. Do I need a replacement SIM ? Previous phone was an Android and towards the end of my usage with that the issue occurred with some users on that too, so it doesn't appear to be phone specific.

Welcome to the EE Community.
Had you activated the Chat feature on your old Android phone? If you had, please disable it at How to turn chat features off (google.com) to see if that resolves the issue.
