My 24 month contract is ending shortly can I switch both devises to sim only? When I go to upgrade it is offering me sim only option for iPhone but under the iPad it just shows new devises to upgrade to. I thought I could change both to sim only according to the customer service lady we spoke to last month, do I need to call to do this or can I do it online?

If you are unable to see this within your My EE account I would recommend giving us a call so our upgrades team can provide you with all of your options.
