Hi I have an Iphone 13 Pro and an apple watch given to me by my dad who got a new one I joined EE to A get better mobile data coverage and to use with the apple watch but I can’t seem to get the phone and watch to connect I just get the below screen.
I can’t press finish and have waited over 24 hours I have reset the watch multiple times anyone got any ideas that don’t include waiting for an hour for support?

Only CS can sort this as you need to ring them and explain what yre doing and then give them the code you have been given . Once you have done that it should be up and running in no time.
