Hi I ordered an Apple Watch through you on the 3rd July! And have not received anything yet. This is supposed to be for my daughters birthday but I’m worried it’s not coming in time. Can you please let me know when you expect them in x

HI it’s the 41mm white one. It says out of stock on the website. But it wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it and it’s been 3 weeks now!

I'm sorry since this is currently out of stock we don't have an estimated dispatch time. 

Once we receive stock from the manufacturer and your order has been dispatched, DPD will text with tracking details to arrange delivery.

it wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it though. It’s not on really, hardly any are showing as in stock in your website. Surely you can get an ETA from a big company like Apple??

I have tried ringing and cannot find an option to cancel an order. What a surprise you are not making it easy?? I just want to cancel it. Please tell me what options to press in order to do that!!!

If you call 150, option 1 then option 3, the team will be able to help you cancel the order.
