I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your order.

The guidance when you placed your order was for dispatch to be more than 28 days.

It is promising that the order tracking is progressing though. Once there is stock available for you, it will show as dispatched and you'll get a notification from DPD with tracking details and a delivery time.

Hi there, I ordered mine as an upgrade on 23 September and have still yet to receive a delivery date confirmation! On 30.09 I got a ‘your order is on track’ and on 07.10 I got a ‘your order is coming soon’ but nothing heard since. Wondering how much longer it’s going to take ….
