I recently changed my contract where I've decided to use Apple One as one of my Inclusive extras.
When trying to set it up it keeps telling me that "This subscription is not available in your country or region"
I know the inclusive extra is selected (Not on the website or app because they are both so terrible and that option hasn't worked for months!) but because when I got to subscribe it tells me "you have Apple One with your EE plan". But no matter what I cannot continue because of the Country/region issue.
I have checked my details. I am in the UK. I know Apple One is available in the UK. So I do not understand what is wrong!

I even double checked and in my subscription its telling me that it ended on 1st November....

Hi @tm87uk,
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can make sure the subscription is still active on your EE account.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂

I have exactly the same problem. Done all the same steps and no success. It’s so annoying to have to call EE over this.

I've actually spoken to EE and even they cant help. Tell me to speak to Apple again. It is ridiculous

Was it Technical Support you spoke to @tm87uk?
Did they make sure the correct Apple One add-on was active on your account?

Yes. Even spoke to a higher level "expert" after he tried to deactivate and reactivate it. No help whatsoever.

Did they raise a support ticket for you or mention what you needed to check with Apple @tm87uk?

Exact same issue.
Passed around between EE and Apple.
It seems quite a few people are having this issue.

Hi folks,
I recently renewed my contract, and had the Apple One package added to the system.
I had it previously, but didn’t select my new contract correctly. I only noticed this when Apple emailed me, thanking for my Apple TV payment. I contacted EE and they kindly sorted it, so my new contract gave me Apple One again. This deactivated my current Apple Music, with my receiving a text with my new subscription to add. Now, I can’t use Apple One, as it won’t allow me to add it to my subscription and receive the message (see screen grab).
I’ve checked all my settings, location etc and they’re fine. I must add, I’ve still got AppleTV subscription running (it’s the one that prompted me to realise my contract wasn’t correct) and expires 2nd December. As my bolt on has been removed for Apple Music in preparation for Apple One, it’s removed my music library (appreciate it’s a temporary thing). Anyone got any ideas, as I just want to use Apple One to start listening to my music again and the TV
thanking you in advance

Yup - that’s what I’m getting.
common denominator appears we all have a current active we subscription?
