Before joining EE I had Prime Video direct on my BT box pro and also Netflix direct. Netflix is now part of my EE package but how do I set both of these up on the Apple 4k tv box

@David24120 you go to the Apple TV App Store on the Apple TV and download the app for that service.
You setup your own subscription for Amazon prime and with the Netflix subscription please read THIS

@Chris_B thanks for that will maybe give it a go. Have another query you may be able to help with. Came to EE as BT box pro froze and needed to be
replaced. Think I confused agent by mentioning Apple tv + (app) so I was sent Apple TV box not Box Pro which I wanted. Do you think I would be able to change over.

Hi @David24120 You can speak to a guide by calling 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
You can chat with an advisor by logging into your My EE app, just select 'help' then you should see the option to chat.

@Chris_S Thanks for info. Called 150 today spoke with a friendly /helpful agent (Jazz) and a replacement Box Pro is on its way.
