Apple 11 troubleshooting

Has anyone had trouble with the apple 11 I’ve had it switch off and can’t get it to restart

Can you try the steps in the Apple support page - If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen – Apple Support (UK), did this help?

Thanks Leanne _T sorted it out thanks very much old folk and technology don’t mix
