Hi @Gagandeep2.

Are you try to add a device to your account with EE?

What device are you looking at?

Do you already have an EE Account?

Yes I already have an account with EE. It covers my mobile phone.

However, I also have a tablet which currently sits on my mother's EE account and I would like to move over to my account.

Can't see anywhere to initiate move, would be grateful if you can suggest.

Hi @Bobster12 

Welcome to the community.

Your mother would need to call 150 to give permission for that number to be moved to your account. Then you can call and complete the move. If you're both together when she phones, that would mean we can do it all on the one call with you.
