Hi I have an iPhone 14 on my account and an iPhone 10 I have noticed I never get 5g on the 10 no idea why

@Rumsb1g  The iPhone 10 isn’t a 5G device, the first iPhone with 5G was the iPhone 12 and all devices after this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
