unlock network

hi i have bought a  samsung a 10 that is locked to ee, i have recieved my 16 digit device unlock code but cant find the network unlock code 

the link i was sent for the steps isnt working , i have tried on a few devices but keeps going back to the iemi number 

does anybody know how i can get the network unlock code

The 16 digit number is the code you need to unlock your device.

Have you entered it into the phone when prompted?
