returned from Vietnam sim not working

Hello,

I had a Vietnam sim card for a week while overseas.I kept my EE sim safe. Since returning I removed the Vietnam sim but the original EE sim isn't working. I have tried sim 1 and 2. I cannot access my mobile data/ I ahve switched off and on...any ideas please? Thanks 🙂

Welcome to the community.

Do you get any error messages? Have you tried manually searching for a network, or putting it on automatic network mode?
