Hi folks, how do I get my pupils number to unblock my phone please?

Thanks for coming here. 

You can access your PUK code to unblock your SIM card via your My EE Account.

Go to Menu >Manage device, scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code), select Show PUK code.

• Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
• Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

I'd never have known how to get it and i looked in the app...

This is outdated. There is no manage device option. I’ve lost two days work because nobody has phoned me back to sort out this problem
