Verification IMEI huawei Mediapad T3 , “something is wrong on our end”

Hi community. When trying to verify IMEI for huawei Mediapad T3 , web form gives me an error “ something is wrong on our end” can not proceed with unlocking request. Any updates on that issue please? It works with iPhone IMEI though, verification goes through

Have you tried another network SIM to see if the device is already unlocked?

Yes , I have . When other SIM card is in, NUC is requested right away.
