Hi. My dad is trying to unlock his old android S10 to any network. He lives in Spain and wants to put his Spanish sim into the phone.
He has spoken with EE and they talked him through what to do, which is simple enough, I've tried to do it myself.
The problem we are having is once we enter the IMEI number and click unlock, we then enter the 16 digit number given by EE. When we click unlock phone it takes us back to the initial screen again and asks for the IMEI number. This has happened multiple times.
It seems to be a broken redirect page link on the website but I might be wrong. Does anyone else have any solutions or ideas?

Hello @h1981uk
Have you tried clearing your Browsers Cookies, Cache, Data, Browsing history?
Or even try a different browser

Hi @h1981uk
Are you entering the unlock code into the phones keypad when another network SIM in installed in the phone?

No. There is no sim in the phone

This is how you would enter the unlocking code this won't need to be unlocked using the website that is only used to provide the code @h1981uk
Please try another SIM and enter the code using the phones keypad when prompted.
Leanne 🙂
