@Bogart99  Then call customer services and request the unlock over the phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi

Just tried that after getting to the unlock section  told details of doing online, which I know. Then its press one to hear again

otherwise goodbye!

Have you tested your device with another SIM to check if it is locked @Bogart99?

Yes is locked.

Hi

Very strange, well to my mind. Tried it on Firefox and it worked whereas Chrome did not. 

Using Firefox opened with a completely different page.

Hi @Bogart99,

I've checked and I'm able to use the form in Chrome.

It may be that your browser is out of date or has an incompatible plugin installed.
