My Dad's phone got stolen but he doesn't have insurance what can I do? Does he have to pay to get a replacement?

That's what insurance is for.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM.

If he has no insurance, he will need to purchase a new phone. Please follow @XRaySpeX advice and call us to get the SIM and phone blocked.
