I updated my S25 Edge this morning.

Now I have no mobile data and cannot make calls.

Hi @Gus1860 

  • Run device care and then restart your device.
  • Make sure mobile data is active.
  • You might need to boot into recovery mode and clear the cache.

Can you confirm your device was purchased from EE and that you're in the UK.

Does your SIM work in another device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your phone. I'd certainly recommend following the steps recommended above by @Northerner and checking your coverage as @bristolian has suggested.

If you aren't currently showing service our Network Status Checker will show if there is any work being carried out nearby which may be impacting you.

Hi thank you for the reply. 

The problem was solved this morning. EE had blacklisted my account in error and didn't have the courtesy to inform me.
