Does anyone have a Samsung A13? I got a free one when I changed provider to EE. For some reason, A. it takes two days to fully charge, and B. the Sim card isnt working.

How is the SIM card not working?
Have you tried another charger?

The phone reads 'No sim 'emergency calls only'....therefore it is not working. Unless I need to tweak something. [mod edit: personal details removed from the forum]

When was the SIM card last used?
Is this on pay as you go or pay monthly?
