Hello, myself and my late partners sister are trying to get access to his photos and videos, we have access to his Samsung & Google account, we have tried Auto Unlock but it will not unlock due to the settings on the phone. We tried find my phone and SmartThingsFind. I then contacted Samsung and they’ve given me a reference number and told me to go to my nearest service centre, which would be one of the EE stores.
We can take a copy of my late partners death certificate, we can take ID for myself and his sister, we can take proof of the phone being purchased by late partner and we have his ID. We know his log in details for both Samsung & Google. If I go in with the reference from Samsung and the above details, will they be able to unlock it for us? We aren’t interested in anything else on the phone, only the images and videos.
