@Mabdullah1  then you need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token. As you have to prove that you’re over 18, or you can go to any EE store with in date photo ID and make this request there.  This isn’t customer services and you saying your 22 is not proof you are.

Please see THIS

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How do I do this on the app

Yes

@Jackbey12 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Hi @Jackbey12

If you are on pay as you go, you would need to call us and use a credit card to the remove content lock or visit an EE Store with ID to show you are over 18.

Leanne.
