QC Tested sticker over broken manufacturer seal

I’ve just ordered a Samsung tablet. It was supposed to be brand new but the Samsung seal was broken with a “QC tested” sticker placed over the top. I’ve been with EE/Orange for 15 years and never had an item with a broken seal before. Could anybody advise on wether this is a refurbed product or not?

I'm sorry that this has happened.

I'd recommend notifying our Customer Care team so they can check to see what has happened with this.
