There is no Menu option in My EE. The app also doesn't work at the moment. Any workaround?

Thanks for coming here.
Could you try these steps to locate the PUK, please log in using this link My Account (ee.co.uk) > Manage your SIM/eSIM, this will show under unlock your phone.
Or, if you select Home > Plans and Subscriptions > Phones and Devices > eSIM/SIM replace > select cancel and the PUK will show.
