@Dwaaaa  Are you trying to upgrade early?  If you are you’ll need to choose a tariff that is the same or more costly then the one you have now. 

I've tried with every phone and it's the same note

So there is only call them left??

If you're unable to do this online, the best option would be to give our Customer Care team a call.

 

They will be able to run you through all of your available options.
