Don't buy or take contract out with EE .IVE been with EE for over 20 years ..im on contract but last Dec my contract phone was playing up so I decided to buy one out right as I'm diabetic and need a phone for my reading .but this weekend the charger port set on fire and EE are passing the book .not even 6 months old and telling me to phone samsung up ....I will be taking this further to media and papers ..that's how EE treat you after 20 years

@Craig2103  Samsung made the device so I’m very sure they would want to know.     Its been 6 months since December the 18th so if  you got this before the 18th you’ll need to get an independent report to prove the device was faulty when you got it.
