• How do I set up a passkey on my new device mobile Android please tried EE technical dept but they are not to bright.

Depends what you mean by a passkey!

A device PIN has to be entered on first bootup before a phone will be accessible.

A screen lock PIN can be required after a given length of time from last use.

The actual PIN itself will be common, but you can configure when it's required or triggers.
